Basic Personality: Obito is not one easily complicated with words; he's loud, obnoxious, and has a severe tendency to be tardy to meetings and important tasks that may concern him, despite consequences and attempts to be early. He, though much to his dismay, also contains the habit of breaking rules and suffering from the wrath of his superiors, likely due to his less than appreciated antics. He's frequently the center of one's attention, especially if he's managed to land himself in a crowd, and the youth tends to reflect an air of idiocy (which he very well may be) that some would expect to distance him from company .

Quite on the contrary, however, Obito has the unique ability to draw other individuals to him, and is adequately honest to a blunt extreme. Outspoken, egotistical, and nothing short of full of himself, the youth holds a firm belief of justice, and is often found lying through his teeth to level his excuses for previous mistakes (which happen on the regular occasion). He tends to build elaborate stories, centering him as the hero at the expense of another's suffering, though he always comes to save the victim in the end - likely at the reward of a kiss, or some large bounty.

He is one who strives to be the focus of another's life, a precious person who he may exist for, and his sincere kindness and generosity tend to have him taken for granted. Obito isn't one to trust another easily, from previous experiences at least, and it takes some time to press beyond his hard exterior - especially when it comes to business. Faithful to a cause, the Uchiha is loyal under ever aspect, unless it could be seen otherwise.

Background: When Obito first appeared in Central, the boy harbored no questions, no confusion, and absolutely no curiosity for his arrival, merely accepting the fact he had come as though he had expected it. Rather, far more intrigued with his surroundings, the hence named Uchiha had come to wander, a simple child lost in the business life of Neisenma, and he was soon swept away by its excitement.

An able body, and determined to make a name for himself, Obito jumped from one odd job to the next, struggling through life with a naked grin, and thus bearing his soul for the world to take. He was a youth prepared to trust anyone and everyone, and would only come to quickly understand the cruelties of Neis' humanity. Some short months after his arrival, and living well enough with his small provisions, Obito found himself suddenly betrayed not once, not twice, but three times by separate individuals who had marked him as bait. Life nearly lost due to these interactions, the Uchiha quickly detached himself from the practices of delivery, and wandered into another area.

Midgar, however, proved to be even less friendly. If the adults were not jeering at him, and his work history, their children took a mean pleasure in tormenting the youth, belittling him though Obito soon came to be a very guarded individual; if he were to survive in this world, he would first have to protect himself from it. Experience had quickly shown him trust was not meant to be won through simple acquaintances.

At the ripe age of fifteen, the Uchiha boy found himself mingling with the poor company of two other characters, one male, the other female, and it was quite obvious that the raven-haired child had taken quite a liking to either. Attracted physically, mentally, and emotionally, Obito become terrible attached, aware of the obvious dangers of these relationships, but unwilling to release himself from their persons. If not working, they spent every living moment together, and soon became recognized as a trio of developing teenagers, trouble-makers at their worse, but well balanced by each other's traits and characteristics.

Unfortunately, as history has a sad tendency to repeat itself, Obito was abruptly replaced by a foreigner, the face new, handsome and fresh from the pits of Central. Wounded, crushed and emotionally sore, he managed to turn a blind cheek, biting back his pain and only told himself it was what he had deserved for his reckless behavior. With no further reason to remain in Midgar, he departed for Rukongai, with no faith of what he may find there, nor how it could ever benefit him. Life was losing its glamour, and quickly.

However, the State Military managed to be a shining light in his surrounding gloom; though only able to perform minimal tasks for the group, Obito quickly discovered himself busy enough to keep his mind far from the troubles of his past, and more directed toward his future. And though he had no intention on becoming an officer, he definitely realized another dream of his - investigating. Tangling himself with the detective branch of the State, he submerged himself in their behavior, familiarizing himself with their practices, their beliefs, their morals, everything.

Hence, come some years later, Obito became a self-announced detective, not quite financed by the military, but his efforst definitely appreciated. With a success rate of nearly 100%, he had found himself he was genuinely talented in, though would soon come to face one of his largest challenges yet.

Listed weapons and magical abilities: Obito's Sharingan. The Sharingan is a pupil technique that allows the user to memorize any witnessed ability after a single viewing with perfect accuracy. However, the proper acquainted abilities and extra performances must also be known in order for some abilities to be used; With this technique, the user consists of an enhanced perception, able to track fast moving objects, persons, and allow them to predict the next move. Finally, the Sharingan is also capable of hypnotizing other individuals, depending on the intensity and development of the dojutsu.
